In the article beginning on page 29 of the July 2013 issue, a discrepancy exists between the data for cohort 3 in the first dose range in table 3 and those depicted in figure 2 related to clinical responses. The responses were shown as “Failure, Success” in the table and as “Failure, Failure” in the figure. Figure 2 in the published article is incorrect, and the corrected version appears below.
