THE “evidence” won't tell me how to adjust the vapor for this patient, but I know how half the people will react.
I'll do my best to intuit how much opioid to give the next patient, based on her tolerance, after all, the exact dose is a range.
One stick of white or two, the following patient is young and healthy, maybe one-and-a-half, I'll titrate to effect.
